Return or Exchange Procedure

At Pioneer, we want to provide you the best. But in case if you receive an incorrect order or want to return because of some quality problems; So please contact our customer care representative via email at support@thepioneerworld.com.Using the following procedure.

  • Sendyour order #
  • Please specify the reason of return.

Upon receiving the email, we’ll contact within 24 hours and resolve your query. After confirmed quality control of your returned goods, we will exchange your product and dispatch you the required one.

Note: Returns will be only possible within 14 days after receiving your order. We will not be able to exchange any product beyond this timeline.

 

  • What can’t be returned
  • Products that have already been used.
  • Printed or personalised products.
  • Product that has beenwashed or worn.
  • Gloves whose protective film has been removed.
